Why invest in Japan?

Open Japanese Policy for foreign investors

Open Japanese Policy for foreign investors

Japan's policy on foreign property investment sets it apart from many other countries in Southeast Asia, allowing individuals to acquire a stake in Japan's cultural heritage without encountering significant restrictions. Imagine owning a property in Niseko, affording you complete flexibility to host and enjoy the full package of a snow ski resort by living mins away.

Stable capital gains and rental yields

Stable capital gains and rental yields

Japan's economy has demonstrated the stability of property prices and rental yields for investors. Even amid the challenges posed by the Covid-19 period, property prices have shown an upward trajectory, surpassing performance in other investable avenues. This momentum underscores significant potential for investors seeking a stake in Japan's property market.

Weakening Yen allows value maximization for foreign investors

Weakening Yen allows value maximization for foreign investors

Weakening Yen in Japan can benefit property investors in several ways. It enhances the competitiveness of Japanese exports, potentially boosting economic activity. Additionally, a depreciating yen may contribute to increased corporate profits and make real estate investments more appealing due to potential inflationary pressures.
